Payments & Fees
All services are subject to fees agreed upon in a formal contract or agreement with InfoTechBrains. Payment terms include:
- Invoices will be issued as per the agreed terms and must be paid within the time specified.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services until the account is brought current.
- All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

Intellectual Property
InfoTechBrains retains ownership of all intellectual property related to the services we provide, including but not limited to software, designs, and proprietary processes. Any work developed specifically for the client may be subject to a separate licensing agreement as part of the service contract.
Limitation of Liability
InfoTechBrains is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to services provided will not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services.
